Have you ever wonder why nasi lemak sells at local stall looks different than the one we cook at home?
Apparently, nasi lemak we bought from the stall is less glutenious, less sticky... unlike the one we cooked at home. My late father in-law was a business person selling nasi lemak during his life time. He took over the responsibility after my late mother in-law suffered from diabetes and became weaker after sometime.
Enough with old story.. hmm.. . Today I will reveal the secret recipe of 'Nasi Lemak Granpa Hussain (my late father in-law) Style'.
